All tags are made and shipped within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

Please understand that each tag is made by hand and the process is labor intensive. We will do our best to get you your tag as quickly as possible!

Please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

For free shipping: Your order will be shipped USPS Ground Advantage. Once shipped your item should arrive in 2-8 days depending on location, though USPS does not guarantee a delivery date.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

BLINK is not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Once shipped your item should arrive in 8-30 days. However, unless you are using a courier service it may take longer for your package to arrive.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. BLINK is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are your responsibility as the customer.

While we will make every effort to help you track your international package, BLINK is not responsible for: carrier delays, delays due to customs, orders shipped to incorrect addresses or issues with local delivery. We are also not responsible for shipments held indefinitely by customs or lost once they leave the US.

Once your package has left the US it is your responsibility as the customer to communicate with your local postal service in the event of a delivery issue.

If your order is returned to us as undeliverable we can send it out again at your expense.
