WHAT IF MY PET'S NAME IS TOO LONG?

If your pet's name will not fit on your preferred tag we may be able to use a different font. Please contact us!

WHAT IF MY PET'S NAME HAS ACCENTS OR OTHER SPECIAL CHARACTERS?

If you cannot enter special characters into the pet name field for your tag, please contact us!

CAN I ENTER TEXT INSTEAD OF A PHONE NUMBER?

Yes, as long as the text can be entered into a phone number field. Many people include one phone number and "MICROCHIPPED" or "NEEDS MEDS" in place of a second. Some are able to fit their street address in place of one number.

CAN I ADD ADDITIONAL DETAILS TO THE BACK OF MY TAG?

With some tags we may be able to add an additional third line of information on the back. The text can be anything as long as it can be entered into a phone number field. This may incur a custom layout fee. Please contact us!

WHAT IF MY PHONE NUMBER IS TOO LONG?

Please contact us if your phone number is too long to fit in a phone number field. We may be able to accommodate longer numbers depending on the tag.

HOW WILL MY PHONE NUMBER BE FORMATTED?

Most US, Canada and other North American Numbering Plan (NANP) numbers are formatted XXX-XXX-XXXX for consistency. If you have a non-NANP number, please let us know how you would like your number formatted in the "Special Instructions" field of your shopping cart.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

Personalized ID tags ship within 1-2 weeks. If expedited handling is purchased your tag will be shipped within 3 business days.

HOW IS MY ORDER SHIPPED?

We offer FREE USPS First Class Mail shipping with tracking and delivery confirmation for US customers. We also offer UPS shipping for US customers.

For overseas customers we offer international shipping to select countries via USPS. If you do not see shipping options for your country please contact us!

WHAT IF I DON'T RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We will do our best help you locate a lost package, but please double-check your shipping address before ordering. We are not responsible for incorrectly entered shipping addresses.

For international orders, we will do everything we can to see that your package is delivered, but we cannot be responsible for shipments held by customs or lost once they leave the US.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We understand that situations change and we will do our best to accomodate changes or cancellations. We do start working on orders shortly after receiving them, so please contact us immediately if you would like to change or cancel your order. Once an order is shipped it cannot be changed or canceled.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because they are made to order, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for personalized items. Please do contact us if you have any problems with your order or if you have any questions prior to placing an order.

WILL MY TAG CHANGE COLOR OVER TIME?

Over time solid brass will darken and take on a golden brown patina due in part to the natural oils from your dog’s or cat’s coat. While we love the look of a well-worn tag, sometimes we want the shine of freshly polished brass. To achieve a polished look, you can clean your tag naturally with ketchup or with a non-toxic commercial brass cleaner like Flitz.

ARE YOUR TAGS STAMPED OR ENGRAVED?

The front of our tags are stamped by hand. The back of our tags are deeply engraved to ensure your pet's information is easy to read. Some of our tags are inked with black ink for additional legibility. Because each tag is handmade, variations are expected and celebrated!
